Generally, what can be measured can be managed. But not everything we’d like to manage can be measured (and not everything that can be measured is worth measuring).

So we’d better have an intuitive mindset to go along with our analytical mindset. You’ll be one-legged if you have one, but not the other. Intuition is sometimes able to make calculations the rational mind can’t.
