Anger As A Story

Sometimes anger is an automatic reaction, and sometimes it’s a story we tell ourselves—we convince ourselves that we should to be angry about a particular problem.

Instead of getting angry, try looking for a solution to the perceived problem. If none exists, there will be plenty of time to be angry afterward.
