Be careful not to spend a lot of time listening to people who aren’t diplomatic.

There are a lot of immature voices out there. They tend to be divisive. Such voices do more harm than good.

Find the real leaders. They’re thoughtful and respectful. And they try not to think or communicate in a binary way.

The bad influencers tend to be the ones who criticize people by name. Find the influencers that usually talk about issues in a constructive way.
