Mental Health Check List

Make a list of things that are good for you. Things that make you happier. Check off as many as you can each day.

  • Open your curtains early
  • Think of everything you’re grateful for
  • Write down your thoughts
  • Go outside and spend time in nature
  • Sit in a quiet space alone and not think
  • Eat healthy food and stay hydrated
  • Exercise
  • Read an insightful book
  • Listen to peaceful or positive music
  • Do important work
  • Think about, listen to, or watch something that makes you laugh
  • Stay in touch with someone important to you
  • Pray, even if you’re not sure anyone is listening
  • Make a simple plan for tomorrow
  • Go to bed early
