Make a list of things that are good for you. Things that make you happier. Check off as many as you can each day.
- Open your curtains early
- Think of everything you’re grateful for
- Write down your thoughts
- Go outside and spend time in nature
- Sit in a quiet space alone and not think
- Eat healthy food and stay hydrated
- Exercise
- Read an insightful book
- Listen to peaceful or positive music
- Do important work
- Think about, listen to, or watch something that makes you laugh
- Stay in touch with someone important to you
- Pray, even if you’re not sure anyone is listening
- Make a simple plan for tomorrow
- Go to bed early
