There will always be resistance to new ideas. Even old ideas that have been proven to work. There will always be people who don’t believe or who don’t want to follow along, because of particular motives, including unconscious motives that even they aren’t aware of.

Some changes are worth resisting. But be careful, because without change there is no progress.
