What are your daily constants? The little things, or big things, you do everyday that add enjoyment or meaning to your life. Keep those in mind before you think about changing your life in a significant way.
And keep them in mind when you’re feeling low—don’t focus on what you don’t have—remember the things you have and do that make you happy. If you focus on those, you won’t need much else. There’s no need to go looking elsewhere for happiness.
