Learning From Failure

If you failed, it’s possible it wasn’t your fault. But chances are, you could have done some things better to improve your odds of success. Your initial mistake might have been pursuing the wrong thing. Do an “after action” report with yourself to see where you went wrong.

Instead of wishing you had done things differently, take the lessons with you. Ask yourself how you can apply them to your present circumstances. If they aren’t applicable now, they might be in the future.
