Choose Peace

Our insecurities often lead to self-talk that causes us problems. Talking to ourselves can sometimes be helpful, it becomes an issue when we dwell on negative things, repeating them over and over in our minds.

Negative self-talk can distort our perception of reality and make us feel terrible, especially when we tell ourselves things that aren’t true or obsess over situations that aren’t going our way.

We have the power to create our own torment, but we also have the option to choose peace. Choose peace.
