Popularity Trap

There once was a woman who shared her views openly, and because of her honesty and insightfulness, she grew in popularity. Her fame eventually brought wealth and much praise.

But it also brought much criticism. As her critics increased, she recoiled. She became guarded. Thus, her words lost power and the very thing she feared came true—she felt irrelevant.

. . .

Feeling relevant from popularity, whether in a large group or small group, is a trap. And neither praise nor criticism, makes you right or wrong.
