Don’t be afraid to say no to things that distract you, tempt you, or make you feel like you aren’t doing enough.
If you feel like you have too much to do, take a step back and think about what’s most important. Find some quiet time alone. Even if you only have a few minutes. Focus on your breathing and ask yourself what’s most important.
Rather than forcing an answer, focus on your breathing. Eventually thoughts of what you value most will come to you.
