The Balance of Anger

Anger can be useful—it’s not a glitch in the system. But taken too far, it becomes toxic.

“Righteous” anger is the right kind of anger because it doesn’t condemn, it defends.

“Be angry and sin not” is a helpful model. It’s not realistic to never feel anger, but it’s equally unreasonable to let your anger become destructive.

Allow yourself to be angry sometimes, but don’t let it consume you.
