1. Know more
Understanding a situation isn’t enough—you also need to know how to navigate it. That means recognizing not just what’s happening, but whether you have the tools, skills, and resources to respond effectively.
2. Do less
Focusing on fewer things allows for deeper repetition and refinement. Some tasks require many iterations to master, and spreading yourself too thin increases the likelihood of mistakes. Hyper-productivity often comes at the cost of accuracy.
