Come Back To Yourself

By not being present, we scatter ourselves. And that scattering causes us to go looking for fulfillment in the wrong places. When we’re present, we come back to ourselves. We become whole. And in that awareness we find what we’re looking for.

Pray and breathe. Return to yourself. You dispersed yourself, but now in this moment you can recollect yourself. Your mind doesn’t have to be in ten places at once. You can bring it back to the present moment.
