Write it down. Get it out in the open where you can see it and make peace with it. It’s calling for your attention. Acknowledge its existence, then let it go.
Write to de-stress. It works. It helps you put your thoughts and feelings into perspective. It gives us an outlet for our troubles, our need for self-expression, and our need to make sense of life.
Writing in times of difficulty, even in times of frustration and anger, can be a source of inspiration. Writing during those times can help you get through them. Writing during those times can help you see the light at the end of the tunnel.
