Assessing Without Condemning

Once you start having conversations with yourself about how wrong someone is, you’ll soon start condemning them.

Condemnation doesn’t fix the problem. It’s actually a way of making yourself feel superior. A way of trying to make yourself feel more secure.

Look deeply at the situation. Look past appearances. Search for compassion and understanding within yourself. See yourself in the other and them in you. See your interconnectedness with everything around you.
