Praise and Criticism

“Nullius in verba.” (Take nobody’s word for it). ~ Royal Society motto

Praise and criticism aren’t adequate indicators of whether you’ve done a good job or made the right decision. They can provide some insight, but usually not enough. And often they’re inaccurate.

You need to look at other factors. Such as how you feel about your actions, absent any outside feedback. And objective measures, such as statistics.
