Reaching a place of inner peace is never permanent. That feeling of inner contentment comes and goes. We move in and out of it. Learning to stay there longer and going back there more consistently is something we can learn to do better.
It’s necessary. Everything depends on it. Without it, there’s no foundation. Imagine a world where people had no inner peace. It would be a pointless existence.
Troubled souls either seek sources of peace or they become destructive. Since we’re all troubled souls, our aim should be to find sources of peace as often as we can.
