Sometimes we’re stubborn for the wrong reasons. We want things to be a certain way, so we make up narratives in our mind that allow us to justify our beliefs.

Some things are undeniable, but there will always be people who will deny them. You can always rationalize, but that doesn’t mean you’re being rational.
