Raise The Bar

You can’t solve all the world’s problems. Nobody is that smart. Instead, focus on developing yourself into the type of person you want others to be.

Commit to being honest with yourself. Even if you don’t like what you find out about yourself. Don’t hide from it.

Identify the insecurities that are causing you do things that aren’t good for you.

Eliminate the habits that make you feel disappointed with yourself. Be smarter than your impulses. Raise the bar.

And remember to condemn the behavior, not the person (you).
