We tend to treat life as a competition with one another. But competitiveness doesn’t bring out the best in us.

Instead of trying to be superior to others or gain more resources than others we should turn the competition inward. We should be striving to be the best version of ourselves.

How much better would the world be if everyone was doing that? I don’t think we can even imagine how much better it would be.
