Good Thinking

Habits are reinforcing—the more you do something, the more you’ll do it. The habit eventually becomes normal and difficult not to do.

We’re good at the things we do a lot of. Good things and bad things. Most of us are pretty good at walking, because we do it all the time. If you stopped walking for a few weeks, you’d have to relearn.

Other skills are similar. Including thinking skills. Develop and maintain good thinking habits.
