Habits are reinforcing—the more you do something, the more you’ll do it. The habit eventually becomes normal and difficult not to do.
We’re good at the things we do a lot of. Good things and bad things. Most of us are pretty good at walking, because we do it all the time. If you stopped walking for a few weeks, you’d have to relearn.
