There are some plans you can make today that will change your future. But there are many other things that can’t be decided yet—you’ll have to cross those bridges when you get to them.
It’s worth putting some thought into which is which. Otherwise you’ll find yourself worrying about things you can’t influence today. And you’ll fail to make the changes you actually can make today.
The biggest thing you can start changing today is your habits. In a world of many choices and distractions, it’s more important than ever to be disciplined. If you don’t make conscious decisions about your habits, they will happen automatically, and not for the better.
