Living in acceptance, instead of complaining, is often the better option. Except for the occasions when complaining actually works (not often).
You can’t keep yourself safe from all troubles. You’ll experience your share. Try to minimize them, but also be ready to deal with the impact when it happens. It helps to acknowledge to ourselves ahead of time that these things will sometimes happen.
Don’t try to control every outcome. Not only will you be frustrated when you realize you can’t do it, you won’t like every result you’re capable of producing.
