Curiosity directs learning, and as you gain new knowledge, that new knowledge creates new curiosities. You become aware of subjects, events, and people you weren’t aware of before. You find yourself going down new rabbit holes. Some of them don’t lead to anything of much practical value, but others are life-changing.

Either way, just as hard work is its own reward, so is learning.
