It’s ridiculous to think you can get more out of your body than your body can provide. “Listen to your body” is good advice. You can ignore the signals for awhile, but you’re merely borrowing health from your future.

Age is more than a number. It’s your body slowly falling apart because of entropy. You can slow down the aging process, but you can’t stop it.
