How much is your time worth?
That’s a question we answer every day through the things we choose to do.
It’s hard to overstate how important focus is. Every distraction is a discount on the value of your time.
When we understand how important something is, we’ll usually get it done. Recognizing how important something is isn’t always straightforward. Sometimes we don’t realize how important it is until it’s too late.
That’s where discipline comes in—the determination to identify the things that truly matter and act on those priorities. It requires continuous learning and lots of self-reflection.
Focus is a discipline, and it pays.
Remove distractions. Remove the unimportant. Just be careful not to mislabel important people in your life as distractions.
