We tune into the news to see what’s going on. But what we get from those sources is a narrow interpretation of select events, rather than an accurate representation of reality.
Reality happens when we turn the T.V. off.
The more you watch the news, the more fearful and negative you’ll likely be. There’s more good than bad going on in the world, but you’ll pretty much only hear about bad stuff in the news. It’s useful in small doses only. And non-essential.
