Controlling Our Anger

Sometimes we experience moments of rage which cause us to want to do violent things. We feel an urge to lash out against what seems unfair.

But are the things that make you angry ever as bad as they seem at the time? When you get angry, isn’t it usually an overreaction? When you find yourself getting upset, try to identify what’s bothering you—it might be something unrelated.

Anger can sometimes be useful. Sometimes you’ll need to put your foot down. But it should be seldom and it should be controlled.
